How to deal with an old aircraft with drawn from service

Research to find a suitable solution for a 737-300 from 1986 and a 747-400 from 1986. The only two options that are considered are disassembling the aircraft or park the aircraft assuming a buyer will want to fly the aircraft. Different elements are investigated such as the recycling of the materials that are left as applicable legislation and the value.
